Tombraider Video Slot

Personally one of my favourite slots of all time, the original Tombraider video slot was released by software company Microgaming way back in 2004, but it garnered enough support and popularity amongst the player community to warrant a follow up and sequel ( See our Slots Guide for the review ).

Tombraider is a 5 reel, 15 line slot which features a wild symbol and a scatter symbol in the form of the Lara Croft symbol. Hitting three scatter symbols initiates the free spins round, whereby you are awarded 10 free spins, with all wins hit trebled. This is a really great bonus and a 100x win or more is very achievable.

Indeed, I have had one of my biggest ever slot wins whilst playing Tombraider and having hit this feature.

The other feature available on the Tombraider Slot is the Tomb Bonus feature. This occurs if you hit three or more bonus idols on a winning pay line on any spin. Upon triggering the Tomb Bonus round, you are transported to a cave, where you have to choose three idols. Each idols is worth a certain amount of money.

Again a nice sizeable win can be achieved upon hitting the Tomb Bonus round.

Tombraider is also a very simplistic slot to get to grips with and within a couple of minutes players will become comfortable with how the slot plays and the differing payouts on offer.

Whilst 8 years old and superceded by numerous slots since, it is still regarded by players as a very popular slot in it’s own right, to the extent it is more popular than the sequel with was released several years later.
